Due to the implications of the United Kingdom's exit froim the European Union, we no longer ship to destinations outside the UK.
Whether you need your order urgently or are happy to wait a few days we've got a delivery option to suit you. With a range of services available we're confident that you'll find a service that suits you and your lifestyle.
We use DPD and Royal Mail tracked services to deliver your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the items have been collected from our warehouse. As we dispatch from a bonded facility, customer collections in person are not possible. All our delivery services require a signature on delivery, once your item has shipped you will be able to use the DPD portal to amend your delivery date and leave further instructions. Please provide your mobile number and valid email address to receive delivery updates and alerts.
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock (highly unlikely as we report real-time stock levels every 10 minutes 24/7!), or is marked special order/extended delivery on our website, delivery may take longer. We will of course notify you of any extended lead-times that apply to your order. Once your item has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking details. Surcharges for outlying regions will be applied in all cases. We've included a guide below to show you the services available and the approximate costs but please note that these are dependent on where you live and the product that you are ordering. The amount payable and the options available will be clearly shown in the checkout and on the order confirmation page. An estimate of the shipping cost can be obtained by entering your postcode in to the ‘Shipping Estimator’ feature in the shopping cart, before you check out. We may change the delivery service that you select for operational reasons and substitute it with the best available service, for example if you select DPD Next Working Day and they are unable to collect we will use an alternative service such as Royal Mail, DHL or UPS.
